The restaurant now features a live cooking area for our award-winning chefs – the effect is stunning, and so are the views. It’s the perfect setting for gourmet meals, entertainment and Egyptian cooking lessons allowing you to recreate these culinary delights at home.

The Sanctuary Nile Adventurer contains just thirty-two cabins, making it an exclusive boat. The presence of the chefs at mealtimes, combined with the boat’s size makes for a personalised dining experience and chefs quickly become attuned to the preferences of individual guests, elevating the dining experience.
